• BEng degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics).
• Minimum of 0 – 2 years of experience in the field
• Good understanding of Engineering and Oil and Gas related technical requirements
• Technical knowledge of steel fabrication (piping and structural).

NDT qualifications: SNT-TC-1A / ISO9712 Level II MPI + LPI (required)

SAIW Level I/ II welding inspector(Would be advantageous*)

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Red Seal Boilermaker

Experience 4-7 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in an Oil and Gas, Renewable energy or related environment. Refinery experience advantagous

General · MS Office packages including MS Project
· CAD / Solid works
· English and Afrikaans

• B.Eng/BTech in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering/Industrial Engineering
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience working in fabrication / marine /oil and gas sector will be advantageous.

• Artisan or related Qualification.(Pipe Fitting/Boilermaking)
• Proven Track record in starting as Artisan & moving up to a being  Team leader/Supervisor in Engineering or related companies(Welding, Pipe fitting, Steel Production)
• Supervisory Training advantageous
• Ability to lead by example and perform  Artisan tasks.

• BEng degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering must have Masters or Honors degree specializing in Welding Engineering must have
  IIW IWE diploma preferred
• 2 years relevant working experience minimum
